From the grain of the wood to the threading on the screws, everything is carefully considered.
Precisely Cut
We inspect every piece of wood to make sure it fits the way it should. Wood can move, warp, or bow over time from minor environmental changes, so to account for these changes, we process each individual board by hand with adjustments made down to 1/64th of an inch.
Individually Stained
With over 30 different colors and 8 unique designs, there are a lot of boards to stain. Each one is stained by hand using special pads and smaller containers to maximize the color saturation. Once finished, each board dries overnight before moving to the next stage of processing.
Custom Joined
The tedious process of joining wood is time sensitive and requires precise measurements for each piece to fit perfectly. Like all of our process, this is completely done by hand and inspected to make sure everything is aligned properly.
Pre-assembled
You won’t be getting a box full of parts with a book on how to put it together. We do most of the assembly so you don’t have to. When your table arrives you’ll only need to attach the legs and we provide you with everything you’ll need.
